  1. Just started reading your Bedtime series – very enjoyable, warm and personable. Thanks very much for following my blog. You’ve given me a kick of inspiration to do further work on my own collection of stories.

    • Thank you. I’m so happy to read that you’re going to keep working on your collection. In my opinion, writing what we know is just about the most valuable thing we can do.

  2. Exciting! Looking forward to read your work! Tanks for the follow and visit to my blog. I am currently at a small cabin with no water or electricity up in the Norwegian mountains, and the network isn’t worth bragging about;-)

    • You’re welcome. My fiancee and I were talking about greed and idolatry the other day, and we find them to be pervasive, spiritually weakening, and adaptable. Buddhists might speak of idolatry as being a harmful attachment, and they’d be right. Your blog today, with the golden calf, nicely shines the light on something we all need to face.

  3. Thanks so much for following my blog. I hope you enjoy my posts. You come from a beautiful part of the world. My daughter and her family live in Portland, Oregon. I look forward to another visit to that stunning city.

  4. Hi there! Always glad to meet another aspiring writer…good luck in the journey. Thanks for following purelysubjective…it’s a pleasure to have you along for the ride.

  5. Hi Alex. Thanks for taking the time to visit my blog today and choosing to follow it. Your blog is interesting and entertaining; keep up the good work you’re doing here. I wish you much success on the release of your upcoming novel. I hope to hear from you again soon. Cheers!

  6. Dear Alex,

Welcome to the reader family of Diabetic Redemption. I am so glad you’ve joined us. I have bookmarked your online free read page, so I can go back when time allows and read your stories. On my blog website, I have a Friends page, where my readers share information about themselves, their blogs, and anything else they want to share. I hope you will feel free to do the same. Again, welcome!

  7. HI Alex…Just wanted to thank you for following my fatherhood/humor blog “Why Daddy Drinks” at rexcrum.wordpress.com. I will keep coming back here and reading more, too. Rex

  8. Hi there, thanks for following our adventures in Hong Kong! We’re a bit behind in writing, as we have been very tied up with new projects & we also just had some family fly over from the states for a visit… But getting back to it tonight! — Wondering what caught your eye in our stories/journeys?? Looking forward to reading yours as well… πŸ™‚ -JK

    • I am a college instructor, and your words reminded me of how I approach my students: “It helps me a LOT to think of people as children who have never been taught. If I can choose to be gentle & loving in everything I say, then I will get through to them faster & with more impact than any other approach. Not sugar coating, but affirming the things they DO get right & suggesting new ways to think, as a new concept”

      • Amen to that! We are all still a work in progress, but if we can help others learn a bit from our mistakes & save them some time in reaching their goals while we’re reaching ours – that’s exciting! Please come share your response to our journey, I’m sure our readers can learn from your insights as well!!

Once i get a few minutes to breathe, I’m looking fwd to reading your site as well! πŸ™‚
